The History Of Ebeyer Realty


Ebeyer Realty has been helping connect buyers with sellers and sellers with buyers for all their real estate needs. Ebeyer Realty was started by lifelong Greenwood resident, Joe Ebeyer, over 40 years ago. Joe's son, David Ebeyer, followed in his father's footsteps in 1985 and has been with the company for over 30 years now. David runs the company, as his father, Joe, has since retired. Not only has David Ebeyer been a full-time real estate agent for over 31 years, but he has also owned and managed residential and commercial rental properties, custom built new homes for buyers, and developed land. After many years of servicing the residential market, David realized there was a great need for the team concept when working with buyers and sellers. With the constantly changing real estate market, the "team" concept not only offers the same great professional guidance and service, but it is enhanced as each team member can focus on their task at hand, offering clients the best service possible, resulting in a smooth and seamless transaction.

Andrew Ebeyer, Dave's nephew, works with new and first-time home buyers to achieve their dream of homeownership. He keeps up with current active homes for sale, along with any new listings to give to our buyers. If a buyer decides to build their dream home, Andrew can represent them with his extensive knowledge of newer subdivisions and neighborhoods.
